If you have experience in somatic yoga or have completed the Intro to Somatic Yoga, you may be interested in exploring how this practice can progress into more transformational self-development.
In the basic yoga practice we are becoming more aware of ourselves in our bodies, better able to listen to what’s arising, and following impulses to honour our mind and body in the present moment. We can build on this practice in three key ways:
Self-regulation practices for daily life
Emotional processing to let go of conditioned patterns
Attuning to your intuition to make more aligned choices
In this workshop you’ll be introduced to some tools (including meditation and visualisation), philosophical teachings and psychological frameworks you can use outside of yoga class to start rewiring stress patterns, deepening your self-understanding, and increasing your capacity for authentic relationship.
