I'm an integrative therapist offering a warm, grounded space for you to explore what's happening inside your mind, body, emotions, and subconscious. I meet you where you are, blending somatic awareness, creative and imaginal work, guided inner exploration, and reflective dialogue to support meaningful, lasting change.

Sessions are available online across the UK, or in-person in Surbiton.

A Creative, Somatic Approach to Integrative Therapy

Therapy with me isn't just talking in circles. We work with how your story lives in your body, in your nervous system, in your imagination, and in the deeper layers of self that often get overlooked in traditional talk therapy.

Together we explore your experiences in a way that's:

  • somatic and nervous system-aware — working with what the body holds, not just the mind

  • trauma-sensitive and attachment-informed

  • creative and subconscious-informed — using imagery, visualisation, and expressive approaches

  • parts work and inner-system aware — working with the different parts of you with curiosity and compassion

  • yoga-informed, where relevant — drawing on breathwork, embodied awareness, and the wisdom of the body

  • spiritually attuned (if meaningful for you)

  • grounded in integrative psychology

This includes somatic therapy approaches, working directly with body sensation and nervous system responses to support the kind of change that talk therapy alone often can't reach.

This way of working is for people who feel stuck at the level of mindset alone; people who have "done the work" but know there's a deeper shift waiting.

What does ‘somatic’ mean?

‘Soma’ means body, and ‘somatics’ is the study of the embodied experience of your body. This involves developing a sensitivity for subtle sensation in your body and awareness of your body in space (what we work on in my somatic yoga classes), as well as learning to allow emotion to move through your body (what we do in somatic therapy).

I’ve developed my own approach to somatic healing through tools and insights from my diverse study in yoga therapy, psychotherapy, remedial movement & massage, spiritual traditions, hypnotherapy and sports development.
