What is Somatic Yoga?

Somatic Yoga is a gentle, mindful approach that helps develop self-awareness and self-regulation.

Because of its emphasis on nervous system regulation, it’s ideal for stress and anxiety reduction, as well as exercise recovery.

Somatic movement is slow, gentle and repetitive, with the aim of fine tuning your body and spatial awareness. It is therefore ideal for improving movement patterns and posture.
