Hi, I’m Eleanor.

I offer somatic therapy and yoga for emotional healing, nervous system regulation, and embodied self-discovery.

I work with people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected—and are ready to feel more at home in themselves.

Healing isn’t a destination. It’s a process of remembering who you already are.

In a world that moves fast and asks so much of us, it can be easy to disconnect—from our bodies, our truth, our sense of ease.

You may not always know what’s wrong. Just that something feels off, stuck, or distant.

Through a unique blend of somatic therapy, somatic yoga, and psychotherapy, I offer support for those ready to move beyond survival and into something deeper: wholeness, clarity, and connection to life itself.

My approach is gentle, intuitive, and deeply grounded in the wisdom of the body. We slow down together—tracking sensation, exploring your inner rhythms, and allowing space for what’s been held to rise and release in its own time.

There is no fixing here. No rushing. Just a return to presence.

Who is this work for?

My clients are sick of being held back by stress, anxiety, chronic body issues, or a lack of purpose.

People turn to me when they’ve been down the medical route or tried all the self-help advice but still can’t shake these patterns. You’re one of these people if you also have a deep desire to reach for your potential in this life, and are ready to explore new ways to truly shift your limiting patterns at the root.

How can I help you?

I can help you reprogramme your stress patterns at the level of body and mind. My somatic yoga classes teach you how to slow down, let go of holding patterns, and move and breathe with ease.

1-to-1 yoga offers mentorship through the development of your unique yoga practice, which is essentially a path of connecting with your true nature. This may include physical, emotional and spiritual inquiries, tools and discourses.

Teamed with this kind of regular self-regulation practice, 1-to-1 somatic coaching with me gives you the chance to unpack the psychological patterns and internal narratives that keep you stuck in these cycles.

The Stress Epidemic

The World Health Organisation deemed stress to be the health epidemic of the 21st Century. Even people who don’t describe themselves as stressed will often have physiological markers of stress, including elevated heart rate, shallow breathing and inflammation. Being stuck in this gear causes or exacerbates all chronic disorders, so I’ve found that learning to rewire stress patterns is the most powerful approach to healing.

What does ‘somatic’ mean?

‘Soma’ means body, and ‘somatics’ is the study of the embodied experience of your body. This involves developing a sensitivity for subtle sensation in your body and awareness of your body in space (what we work on in my somatic yoga classes), as well as learning to allow emotion to move through your body (what we do in somatic therapy).

I’ve developed my own approach to somatic healing through tools and insights from my diverse study in yoga therapy, psychotherapy, remedial movement & massage, spiritual traditions, hypnotherapy and sports development.
