Intro to Somatic Yoga Workshop

What can Somatic Yoga do for you? Come and learn about the main pillars of somatic yoga and how they can benefit your wellbeing by helping you become more present, regulated and self-aware.

This may be your first introduction to somatic yoga, or you may be practicing but want to better understand the mind-body process. Greater understanding can often lead you to drop deeper into the practice, as well as bringing the principles into your daily life.

This offering will be live from Jiva Wimbledon studio and livestreamed via Zoom. You can also receive the recording of the session.


I also teach a weekly Somatic Yoga class in Surbiton, Thursdays at 12:45-1:45pm. Come join these classes to see if you’d like to learn more in the workshop, or following the workshop to establish an ongoing practice.
